Many small business owners want to get more traffic to their websites. So let’s look at how you can do this.

First, you should consider writing a short paragraph explaining to your readers what they can expect to find on your website or why they should read your article. 

Of course, you’ll want to include a link back to your blog post or website. But Social Media platforms, like Facebook, don’t want you to send people off their site. If you share the link, they automatically show your post to fewer people. So what can you do about it? Here are a couple of hacks that work very well:

  • Share your link in the comment section,
  • Write the link inside your graphic,
  • Tell your audience to reach out to you if they want the link,
  • Or write a different call to action, for example, “Say “I WANT IT” below, and I’ll share the article with you.”
  • Tell them they can find the link in your BIO

If you want to get more followers and turn them into loyal customers, you need to share some free tips and tricks first to showcase your skills.

1. Find a subject your audience can relate to. Keep it short – under 5 minutes or just a couple of seconds if you’re creating TikTok or reels.

2. Set up your camera or phone to record different scenes (this will give you plenty of footage to choose from later). Make sure you have good lighting and a simple background.

3. Once you have your footage, import it into Wondershare Filmora or any other video editing tool of your choice. Import all the clips and piece them together.

You’re able to create reels or TikTok videos inside their apps, or do it in Canva and later upload it to the desired platform.

Another benefit is that they can help to humanize your brand – allowing you to show off some personality and humor (which people love).

The key is using GIFs relevant to your brand and the message you’re trying to convey. You don’t have to do the legwork on creating your own either – there are plenty of sites where you can find appropriate ones (e.g., Giphy.)
